China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd. plans to bid for the construction command center of the Fuyu Jiagedaqi Railway renovation project, with a total project fund of 10.64 billion yuan. Among them, Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will bear the domestic electrification renovation investment of 1.388 billion yuan and 481 million yuan respectively, the land acquisition and demolition costs of 498 million yuan and 250 million yuan (for lump sum use), and the standard investment for upgrading from flat to vertical construction of 175 million yuan and 39 million yuan respectively; The remaining capital of 6.096 billion yuan will be borne by China Railway Group and the two provinces, and all funds have been fully secured.

Project Overview

Construction scope: Covering Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, including the electrification renovation of 366 kilometers from Fuyu Station to Jiagedaqi Station and 64 kilometers from Qiqihar to Fuyu Station.

Speed up upgrade: The section from Fuyu to Dayangshu has been accelerated to 160 kilometers per hour, and the section from Dayangshu to Jiagedaqi has been accelerated to 100 kilometers per hour, with an optimized curve of 37.4 kilometers.

Facility improvement: Renovation of passenger transportation facilities such as station platforms and overpasses, upgrading of the entire line from flat to vertical and enclosing fences, expansion of the Gagdachi station building to 6000 square meters, and simultaneous remediation of roadbed, bridge and tunnel defects.

New stations: Add opposite spring station and forward station, extend the arrival and departure lines of 12 stations to 850 meters, and update signal, power and other equipment.

Scope of bidding: covering all professional engineering and temporary facility construction such as roadbed, bridges and culverts, tracks, and electric traction.

Project schedule

The total construction period is 914 days, starting on August 1, 2025 and completing on January 31, 2028.

After the completion of the project, it will significantly improve the transportation efficiency of the Northeast road network, promote resource development and economic integration along the route, and lay the foundation for the operation of high-speed trains.
