On the morning of June 23, 2025, a joint special train loaded with high-quality coal from the Shitoumei No.1 open-pit mine of Xinjiang Energy (Group) set off from Tiaohu Station in the Santanghu mining area of Hami, heading towards Linru Town, Henan Province. This joint shipment is the first collaborative action between Xinjiang Energy Group and Xinjiang Commercial Logistics Group, marking a new stage in the joint promotion of the "Xinjiang Coal into Henan" strategy by the two companies.   

The operation of this joint special train is the first time that two companies have jointly shipped coal, following the Xinjiang Commercial Logistics Group's General Temple special train on June 14th and the Xinjiang Energy Group's Hami Huayuanzi special train on June 19th. By integrating resources and unifying the "Union Number" logo, not only has the flexibility of transportation capacity allocation been enhanced, but the brand recognition of "Xinjiang Coal" in the Henan market has also been further strengthened.   

In response to the pain points of long transportation distances and multiple transfers of coal from Xinjiang to Henan, the two companies have jointly established an efficient cooperation mechanism. Firstly, a monthly joint scheduling and consultation mechanism has been established to connect the data links of production, transportation, and demand, accurately matching the needs of Henan coal-fired power enterprises; The second is to integrate coal resources, railway dedicated lines, short haul lines, and loading and unloading stations, optimize logistics links throughout the entire chain, and achieve seamless connection between public and railway intermodal transportation; The third is to leverage the synergistic effect of "1+1>2", jointly regulate coal sources, logistics, and terminal prices, and effectively respond to market fluctuations. Through the above measures, the entire process reduces the transfer link, lowers the cost of delivering tons of coal to the station, and significantly enhances the competitiveness of "Xinjiang Coal" in the Henan market.
