Tianhao Hongli Shenzhou Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a 300MW/1200MWh shared energy storage power station in Shenzhou, Hebei Province, and build a new 220kV booster station. The project covers an area of 75551.49 square meters, approximately 113 acres, with a total construction area of 946.61 square meters for the booster station, including power distribution equipment, station power system, and comprehensive building facilities.
Scope of bidding
This bidding adopts the EPC general contracting mode, covering the entire process of design, procurement, construction, and procedure handling, including:
Design: Construction drawing design (excluding survey and surveying) and completion drawing preparation for the energy storage power station body and 220kV transmission line;
Procurement: Supply, transportation, acceptance, and testing of all equipment and materials;
Construction: site clearing, energy storage system and booster station construction, commissioning and grid connection, completion acceptance, etc;
Procedure handling: Complete compliance procedures such as land acquisition, grid connection approval, and environmental protection acceptance to ensure the project is put into operation on schedule.
Bidding requirements
Accept consortium bidding, with no more than 2 members (1 design unit+1 construction unit), and the leading party must be the construction unit; Each party of the consortium shall not participate individually or repeatedly in the bidding of this project.
Construction period and funding arrangement
The project is scheduled to commence on August 15, 2025 and achieve full capacity grid connection before December 30, 2025. The construction funds are self raised by the enterprise, and the total investment is 100% borne by Tianhao Hongli (Shenzhou City) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.
After completion, the power station will significantly enhance the new energy consumption capacity of Hebei Province, optimize the regional power grid structure, and provide important support for China to achieve its "dual carbon" goals.
