As the largest industrial and commercial energy storage project in Hunan Province, the stable operation of the first phase (20.7MW/120MWh) of Lisiner Chenzhou Nonferrous Metal Smelting 28MW/160MWh Industrial and Commercial Energy Storage Project has provided a new benchmark for the sustainable transformation of local high energy consuming enterprises.

Project Overview

The project covers an area of 8.5 acres, with a grid connected voltage of 10kV and a total investment of 140 million yuan. It is expected to transfer a peak electricity load of 50 million kilowatt hours per year. On the basis of ensuring the stability of enterprise electricity consumption, it can also support the core production line to work at full load for 5 hours under power restrictions.

Since its integration into the grid, the energy storage power station has completed 100% daily electricity consumption according to the planned curve. According to calculations, power stations can effectively reduce the electricity costs of enterprises by about 30 million yuan per year, and the estimated economic benefits throughout the entire lifecycle can reach 600 million yuan. In the future, VPP virtual power plant access will be supported to further enhance the revenue model, and the overall economic benefits of the project will be significant.
