The refining supporting projects of Henan Refining & Chemical Ethylene Project mainly include 2.2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit and 400,000 tons/year ethane recovery unit, which are contracted by Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Company. Since the start of pile foundation construction on March 15, the company has made concerted efforts in safety control, construction quality, team building and other aspects to build a good construction environment, promote the steady development of various tasks, and the project has reached the conditions for civil construction as scheduled. Henan Refining & Chemical Ethylene Project is a key project jointly planned by Sinopec and Henan Province, and the oil refining supporting project is an important part of the ethylene project, and it is of great significance to steadily promote the construction of the project.

According to the overall overall plan, the refining supporting project of the ethylene project is planned to receive electricity to the substation in September 2026, complete the machinery in December 2026, and have the conditions for commissioning in April 2027.
