Kezuo Houqi Branch, a subsidiary of National Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., recently issued a bidding announcement to upgrade and transform the inverter system of 33 Goldwind Technology GW82-1500 wind turbines in Mandou Wind Farm. Project Overview

The Mandou Wind Farm is located in Ganqika Town, Keerqin Left Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is currently equipped with 33 GW82-1500 wind turbines produced by Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd., which have been in operation for 13 years. The unit originally used a FREQCON full power converter, and its power unit used IGBT modules from German company Semicon as the core component. After long-term operation, it was found that the equipment has technical problems such as oxidation of the drive board contacts and a decrease in the capacitance of the supporting capacitors, resulting in high maintenance costs.

Renovation content

This renovation mainly includes: upgrading the power module of the original FREQCON inverter to a domestically produced driver board; Replace key components such as high-voltage board and voltage divider resistor; Test and replace the DC busbar support capacitor; Upgrade and optimize control systems and programs.

The project schedule is to be completed within 90 days after the contract is signed, and the specific implementation time shall be subject to the notice of the bidding party. The engineering quality must strictly comply with the technical specifications. This bidding will be uniformly purchased by Inner Mongolia Longyuan Mengdong New Energy Co., Ltd., and a service contract will ultimately be signed with Kezuo Houqi Branch.
