Among them, the dynamic investment of the cogeneration project is 3.301 billion yuan, and Huadian Liaoning Energy will increase its capital by 990 million yuan to Dandong Jinshan Thermal Power Co., Ltd; The dynamic investment of offshore wind power projects is 19.58 billion yuan, and the company has increased its capital by 3.916 billion yuan to Huadian (Dandong) Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd., to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project.

It is reported that the offshore wind power project is located at the DD2 site in the southern sea area of Donggang City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, with a total installed capacity of 2 million kilowatts. It is planned to be promoted in two phases, with each phase having a construction scale of 1 million kilowatts. The first and second phases of the project plan to install 84 wind turbines with a single capacity of 12 megawatts each. The two phases of the project will jointly construct one ± 500 kV offshore converter station and one onshore DC collection station. The offshore converter station is connected to the onshore DC collection station through two ± 500 kV submarine cables, and then transmitted to the Zhangtai load center through a ± 500 kV DC line to achieve efficient energy transmission.
