[Fujian's first airport distributed photovoltaic project put into operation]Recently, the high-voltage busbars of the 6th and 7th substations at Fuzhou Airport were successfully closed, marking the official grid connection and operation of the first airport distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Fujian Province, and setting a new benchmark for clean energy applications in the civil aviation industry throughout the province.
The project is invested and constructed by Zhaoxiang Comprehensive Energy Company, a subsidiary of Xiangye Group, with a total installed capacity of 5.241 MWp. According to calculations, after the project is connected to the grid and put into operation, the average annual power generation will be about 5.33 million kilowatt hours, which is equivalent to saving about 1775 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 5314 tons per year. The environmental benefits are significant.
In terms of intelligent operation and maintenance, the project relies on a professional photovoltaic management platform to achieve intelligent functions such as power prediction, fault warning, and group adjustment and control. It can remotely and visually monitor the photovoltaic system, effectively improving operational efficiency and management level.
The successful operation of this project not only provides clean electricity for Fuzhou Airport, but also explores a new path for energy conservation and emission reduction in the airport field, which has demonstrative significance for China's civil aviation industry to achieve its dual carbon goals. On June 9, 2026, the second phase of the Shenzhen Guangming Hongqiao Park Flash Charging Demonstration Station of Southern Power Grid was put into operation, adding 14 V2G charging piles and becoming the largest megawatt level vehicle network interactive flash charging station in China. All charging stations on the entire site support vehicle network interaction, which enables bidirectional energy flow between vehicles and the power grid. The site also integrates a drone nest for power inspection, greatly improving inspection efficiency. The site gathers three national pioneering technologies, and since the first phase of operation, the service train numbers and charging capacity have been considerable. After the expansion of the second phase, the energy replenishment and operation and maintenance capabilities have been further upgraded.Editor/Gong Ziwei
China has achieved a series of significant breakthroughs in future energy fields such as hydrogen energy, new energy storage, and nuclear fusion. By 2025, China's hydrogen energy production will exceed 37 million tons, ranking first in the world. The green hydrogen production capacity will exceed 250000 tons per year, accounting for more than half of the world's total production capacity.
