The S ã o Paulo water supply system upgrade project in Timor Leste is a key livelihood project in the country's medium and long-term strategic development plan, located 250 kilometers east of the capital city of Dili. As the first ice breaking project of the group in Timor Leste, the project mainly covers water intake improvement, new water source development, water supply and storage facilities, and public toilet construction. The third section of the preliminary project of Ethiopia's Bishovtu International Airport is a national strategic project promoted by the Ethiopian government.
