On October 18, 2025, the signing ceremony of the New Energy Vehicle Battery Structural Parts Industrial Park project was held grandly in Huaining County, Anhui Province. The total investment of the industrial park project signed this time reaches 2 billion yuan, marking a key breakthrough in Huaining County's layout in the core components field of new energy vehicles, injecting new strong momentum into the development of regional industrial clusters.

As a project investor, Hefei Lixiang is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of precision structural components for batteries. Since its establishment in 2013, it has established 8 major production bases in China, with an annual output of over 400 million sets of aluminum shell cover plates and a stable production of cylindrical monomers, ranking among the top in the industry. The industrial park project in Luozi Huaining covers an area of 110 acres and will be gradually constructed in three phases. After the completion and effectiveness of the first phase project, it is expected to achieve an annual production of 200 million sets of aluminum shell cover plates for new energy batteries, with an annual output value exceeding 700 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of over 15 million yuan, bringing significant economic benefits and employment growth to the local area.

From the perspective of industrial synergy, the implementation of this project precisely aligns with the development strategy of Huaining County's new energy vehicle industry. In recent years, Huaining County has seized the opportunity of the development of the new energy industry, relying on the advantages of the provincial characteristic automobile parts industry cluster, and fully promoting the extension, supplementation, and strengthening of the industrial chain. It has gathered 74 parts enterprises to form a 10 billion yuan industrial cluster, of which 25 enterprises have entered the ranks of first or second level suppliers of the vehicle industry. The entry of the battery structural components industrial park this time will form an efficient linkage with the locally established Guoke Energy 10GWh energy storage battery base and Zhenyi Energy 20GWh power battery project, further improving the layout of the entire industry chain from core components to power batteries and enhancing regional industrial supporting capabilities.

Hefei Lixiang has established long-term and stable strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as CATL, Guoxuan High Tech, and EVE Energy through continuous research and development innovation. Its product technology strength has been widely recognized by the market.
