Recently, the online approval service hall for investment projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showed that the integrated project of wind solar hydrogen production to methanol and SAF in Keshiketeng Banner of Zhongke One Carbon has been officially approved for filing.  

The project has a total investment of 7.5 billion yuan and is located in the Chifeng Keshiketeng Industrial Park in Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City. It is constructed by Zhongke One Carbon Energy Technology (Chifeng) Co., Ltd. and is scheduled to start construction in April 2026 and be completed in December 2027.  

As a key layout for promoting the integrated development of new energy, modern coal chemical industry, and green fuel industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the project's funding sources include 2 billion yuan from the company's own funds and 5.5 billion yuan from bank loans.

From the perspective of construction content, the project plans three core production lines: electrolytic water hydrogen production line, equipped with electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment, gas-liquid separation equipment, purification equipment, etc., with an annual output of 62500 tons of green hydrogen; Green methanol synthesis production line, including biomass gasification equipment, combined purification equipment, methanol synthesis equipment, etc., with an annual production capacity of 500000 tons of green methanol; The SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) synthesis production line produces 100000 tons of SAF annually. According to the project plan, the construction period of this major project is one year and nine months, from April 2026 to December 2027.

During the filing process, it was specifically stated that the project will strictly comply with national industrial policies during the construction process, and will not use any processes, technologies, equipment, or products that are restricted or eliminated in the "Guiding Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 Edition)" in violation of regulations. This reflects the company's high attention to environmental compliance. It is reported that the project applicant, Zhongke One Carbon Energy Technology (Chifeng) Co., Ltd., was established in 2025 and is located in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB.

The company is wholly owned by Zhongke One Carbon Energy Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. and is a company focused on the field of energy technology. Although the company has recently been established, its parent company has already made some layout in the hydrogen energy field. In April of this year, Zhongke One Carbon Energy Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Wusu City in Tacheng, Xinjiang for a wind solar hydrogen alcohol integration project, with a total investment of 3.15 billion yuan. The plan is to build a hydrogen production line with an annual output of 40200 tons and a green methanol production line with an annual output of 500000 tons. Zhongke One Carbon has launched a hydrogen energy industry investment layout in Keshiketeng Banner, demonstrating its strategic foresight in the entire hydrogen energy industry chain.

This project is not limited to pure hydrogen production, but extends to the synthesis and production of green methanol and aviation fuel, realizing the cascade utilization and value-added development of energy. This layout is highly in line with local policy guidance.
