On November 6, 2025, China's leading lithium battery manufacturer EVE Energy announced an important strategic partnership with the well-known Australian energy company EVO Power. According to the agreement signed by both parties, EVE Energy will supply EVO Power with the Mr. Big Mr. Giant series of large-scale energy storage systems with a total capacity of up to 2.2GWh over the next five years. This cooperation will strongly support the large-scale deployment of energy storage solutions on the Australian grid side and promote the construction of local renewable energy infrastructure.

To better serve the Australian and surrounding markets, EVE Energy is actively promoting its localization strategy layout. The company has started to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia and will establish a complete business system including product sales, pre-sales technical support, and localized after-sales service in the future to ensure timely and efficient comprehensive service support for partners.

This cooperation is another important breakthrough achieved by EVE Energy in the international market recently. On September 30, 2025, the company announced a strategic partnership with renewable energy company TSL Assembly. The two parties agreed to deploy a total of 1GWh of energy storage system projects in Central and Eastern Europe between 2026 and 2030, further expanding the European market.

According to the latest financial report data, EVE Energy's performance maintains a steady growth trend. In the third quarter of 2025, the company achieved a total operating revenue of 16.832 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.85%, setting a new historical high for single quarter revenue; The net profit attributable to the parent company reached 1.211 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.13% and a significant month on month increase of 140.16%.
