On December 2, 2025, the Xingxian Economic and Technological Development Zone in Lvliang, Shanxi Province successfully held a signing ceremony for a new energy project in the Green Power Park. Shanxi Zhonglv Huarun Co., Ltd., Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co., Ltd., and Xingxian Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee jointly signed a cooperation agreement, marking the official landing of a new energy project with a total scale of 1.55 million kilowatts and a total investment of 7 billion yuan in Xingxian.

The project will be implemented in two phases, with a construction scale of 500000 kilowatts in the first phase and 1.05 million kilowatts in the second phase. It will build a comprehensive energy supply system that integrates wind power, photovoltaics, and energy storage, providing clean and stable green electricity for park enterprises and promoting the formation of a new pattern of integrated development of source, grid, load, and storage.

As a resource rich area, Xingxian is actively leveraging the advantages of traditional energy while laying out new energy industries based on abundant light and wind energy resources. Meng Jian'an, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Acting County Mayor, stated at the signing ceremony that the project focuses on green power development and energy storage support, which can effectively release the potential of local new energy, promote on-site consumption of green power, and link with the coordinated development of the aluminum industry chain, which is of great significance for promoting the green transformation of the industry.

The signing parties stated that they will fully leverage their respective advantages in industry, technology, and resources to ensure the efficient progress of the project.
