Since 2025, China's railway construction has continued to maintain a high-quality and efficient development trend, providing solid support for serving national strategies, driving effective investment, and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
The data shows that from January to November, the national railway completed 753.8 billion yuan of fixed assets investment, an increase of 5.9% year on year, effectively playing the role of railway investment in pulling the investment of the whole society. China Railway Group conscientiously implements the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, focuses on serving national strategies and regional economic and social development, scientifically and orderly promotes railway planning and construction, and accelerates the construction of a world-class modern railway network.

Entering November, the pace of construction has further accelerated. China Railway Group has coordinated its resources and strengthened winter construction organization, promoting positive progress in a number of key engineering projects. Among them, the Panzhou Xingyi high-speed railway officially opened for operation on November 28th, which will effectively promote the development of tourism resources and regional coordinated development along the line. At the same time, several important trunk lines such as the Xi'an Yan'an high-speed railway, the Guangzhou Zhanjiang high-speed railway, and the Hangzhou Quzhou high-speed railway have entered the trial operation stage, and the countdown to the full line opening and operation has begun. In addition, a number of key control projects such as the Tianjin Weifang high-speed railway Jingu Haihe River Tunnel have also made significant progress, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
