Zhou Xinxin, General Manager of Paineng Technology Manufacturing Center, stated at the groundbreaking ceremony that the Hefei base is a key link in Paineng Technology's global manufacturing layout. Since the launch of the first phase project, a production team of over a thousand people has been formed, and production capacity has steadily increased. This not only verifies the company's product technology and manufacturing strength, but also accumulates important experience for seizing the opportunities of global energy transformation. The second phase project is a comprehensive upgrade based on the success of the first phase, aiming to expand advanced production capacity, strengthen industrial layout, and better meet market demand.  

Continuous increase in production capacity layout, synchronous signing of 2GWh new projects

While fully promoting the construction of the second phase, the new 2GWh energy storage battery and integration project has also been officially signed, outlining a clear blueprint for the future development of the third phase. It is reported that the new 2GWh energy storage battery and integration project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, with a planned land area of 93 acres. It will rely on the infrastructure and industrial supporting facilities of the existing manufacturing base to build flexible and intelligent energy storage battery cells and system integration production lines. This production line combines large-scale production with high flexibility, and can quickly respond to diverse market orders, providing comprehensive support for new product trial production, scenario based development, and rapid industrialization.  

Global layout accelerates, service network covers five continents

The successful production of the first phase project of Paineng Technology has brought about a leap in production capacity. Its R&D and manufacturing base deeply integrates intelligent and green concepts, and has built a full chain independent production capacity covering battery cell manufacturing, module packaging, and energy storage system integration. The base is equipped with over 1000 automated devices, which achieve precise control throughout the entire process through digital production lines, ensuring product consistency and reliability. As of now, Paineng Technology has established subsidiaries in Australia, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Africa and other places, and has established localized service systems in 17 countries including Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia, forming a global network covering five continents and more than 90 countries and regions, continuously contributing to the global energy transformation.Editor/Yang Meiling
