Beijing, December 29, 2025- Kazakhstan's Ambassador to China, Shahrat Nureshev, met with Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Liu Bin.
During the talks, both sides summarized the achievements of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in 2025, pointing out the positive trend of political dialogue and the practical implementation of consensus reached at the high and highest levels.
The two sides focused on discussing the current situation and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of politics, economy and trade, transportation, energy, investment, culture, and humanities.
Diplomats from both countries exchanged views on next year's activity arrangements, including mutual visits, joint activities, and cooperation within multilateral frameworks such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, and the "Central Asia China" cooperation mechanism.
At the end of the talks, both sides reiterated their commitment to continuously consolidating the permanent comprehensive strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China based on the principles of mutual trust, good neighborliness, and mutual benefit.Editor/Yang Meiling
