The implementation of this heavyweight project will inject strong impetus into Wuji County to create a demonstration model for industrial upgrading, urban quality improvement, and educational integration, and also demonstrate China Communications Construction's hardcore strength in the comprehensive development of large-scale areas.

The winning bid project is located in the core development area of Wuji County, with clear geographical boundaries - north to West Hope Road, south to Jinshi Expressway, covering the Beida Industry City Education Integration Area and the surrounding Mudaogou area, with a total planned area of 11.34 square kilometers, approximately 15876 acres. The project aims to achieve the core goal of "deep integration of industry, city, and education", and build a full chain urban supporting system, covering seven core areas including municipal infrastructure construction (roads, pipelines, etc.), public service facility implementation, high-quality education resource support, health and recuperation industry layout, industrial service platform construction, demolition and upgrading, and clean energy infrastructure construction. It comprehensively covers urban development and people's livelihood needs.

The winning bidder this time is a consortium led by China Communications First Highway Engineering Group Co., Ltd., with member units including China Communications Third Highway Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., China Communications Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., and China Municipal Engineering Southwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. As the "national team" in the infrastructure field, China Communications Construction Corporation has the advantage of integrating the entire industry chain and rich experience in regional development. The consortium will fully leverage its integrated design, construction, and operation capabilities to ensure high standard planning, efficient promotion, and high-quality implementation of projects, laying a solid foundation for regional development.

The total investment of the project is 11 billion yuan, ranking among the top development projects of similar areas in Shijiazhuang County. After completion, the comprehensive carrying capacity of the area will achieve a qualitative leap.
