On the evening of January 6, 2026, Fulin Precision Industry released a heavyweight investment announcement, stating that its subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua New Materials Co., Ltd. will invest 6 billion yuan to build a 500000 ton per year high-end energy storage lithium iron phosphate project in Mengsu Economic Development Zone, Ejin Horo Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, targeting the core material market of the new energy storage track.

According to the announcement, the lithium iron phosphate project adopts a phased construction and synchronous promotion model, with a planned production capacity of 250000 tons per phase and a construction period of only 12 months. After the project is completed, it will quickly release large-scale production capacity and accurately match the incremental demand for high-performance lithium iron phosphate materials in the energy storage field. In order to connect the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and build an integrated production system of "precursor positive electrode materials", Jiangxi Shenghua has simultaneously planned two supporting projects: investing 1.2 billion yuan to build a 400000 ton annual oxalic acid project in Wushen Banner, Ordos City, and investing 1.5 billion yuan to build a 600000 ton annual oxalic acid sub iron project, with construction periods of 24 months and 14 months respectively. The oxalic acid project is jointly promoted by Jiangxi Shenghua and Inner Mongolia Zhuozheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., with respective shareholding ratios of 40% and 60%.

Relying on the abundant coal and chemical raw material resources in the Ordos region, this investment by Fulin Precision Industry will achieve the nearby supply of core raw materials, significantly reduce production and logistics costs, and enhance product market competitiveness. It is worth noting that the high-end lithium iron phosphate products for energy storage in this layout have the characteristics of high cycle life, high consistency, and excellent low-temperature performance, and can be widely adapted to large-scale energy storage power stations, industrial and commercial energy storage, and other application scenarios.
