At present, its first phase project has fully entered the stable mass production stage, with efficient operation of automated production lines and nearly 60% of processes achieving intelligent operation. The release of production capacity is directly reflected in the order numbers: in January 2026, the base has received 380000 orders for complete display terminals, with an average daily delivery volume of over 10000 units.

This is not accidental. This project adopts an innovative "module whole machine integrated line" and testing dual line design, which can flexibly accommodate the production of multi size products and maximize production efficiency. Looking back at 2025, within just a few months of production, the base has already produced over 1.6 million display terminals, with a total output value of approximately 1.69 billion yuan. More noteworthy is that over 30% of its products are exported overseas, covering global regions except for North America, and its international market share is steadily increasing. The relevant person in charge of Huike stated that in the future, while continuously expanding production capacity, it will strengthen research and development investment and consolidate its leading position as the "largest single production building in the TV industry". On December 31, 2025, the manufacturing project of Liwan Semiconductor's automotive grade optoelectronic module and silicon-based Micro LED chip officially started in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. The total investment of this project is 5.2 billion yuan, making it the first GaN on Si display chip production base in Jiulongpo District and the second in Chongqing. Its mission is to fill the gap in the high-end display chip field in the region.

The project plans to build a production capacity of 1.56 million sets of auto disinfection and sterilization modules per year and 100000 pieces of display chips per month. This is not only a manufacturing base, but also an outpost for technological breakthroughs. Although Liwan Semiconductor has only been established for a few years, it has already built a full industry chain technology capability from epitaxy, chips to packaging modules.
