On January 20, 2026, Ledu District of Haidong City, Qinghai Province, officially signed a framework cooperation agreement with Zhongrun Shenghe Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. for a 750 MW wind power project with a total investment of 7.2 billion yuan. The total investment of the project is 7.2 billion yuan, with a planned total installed capacity of 750 megawatts. The project will use Zhongrun Sheng and independently developed 3-megawatt distributed low wind speed intelligent wind turbines as the main models. This model has the characteristics of high wind energy conversion efficiency, an overall height of only about 60 meters, no radiation, no pollution, low noise, easy maintenance, and easy transportation. It has strong adaptability and can effectively fill the gap of low wind speed wind energy areas that traditional wind turbines cannot cover, achieving efficient comprehensive utilization of wind energy resources.
Installment Implementation and Industrial Layout
The project is planned to be constructed in three phases over three years and will be located in Ledu District, with a total of 250 intelligent wind turbines laid out.
