After effective voting, the proposal on electing the Vice Chairman of the Fourth Board of Directors of China Electric Power Construction Corporation has been approved. The company's board of directors has agreed to elect Wang Xiaojun as the vice chairman of the fourth board of directors.

Wang Xiaojun, male, born in August 1971, has successively served as the Deputy Director of Overseas Business Development Department, Manager of Procurement and Site Management Business Department, Deputy Director of Complete Equipment Project Department, Deputy Director of Overseas Business Management Department, Manager, Chief Engineer and Office Director of Complete Equipment Project of Türkiye Bure, Feke1 and Feke2; Vice General Manager of East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Corporation; Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group; General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of China Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. East China Regional Headquarters; Member of the Party Committee of China Electric Power Construction Group (Co., Ltd.); General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of China Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. East China Regional Headquarters. In May 2022, appointed as a standing committee member of the Party Committee of China Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd.

In August 2024, appointed as the Deputy General Manager of China Electric Power Construction Corporation.

In November 2025, appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of China Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd., nominated as the candidate for General Manager of China Electric Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. On December 16, 2025, the Board of Directors of China Electric Power Construction Corporation agreed to nominate Wang Xiaojun as a candidate for the fourth Board of Directors and appointed him as the General Manager of the company.Editor/Bian Wenjun
