He Wei extended New Year greetings and good wishes to Nong Duc Meng, warmly congratulating the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He expressed that under the strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two parties, the strategic and political consensus between China and Vietnam to walk the socialist path and build a community with a shared future at a high level has been continuously consolidated. The convergence points around the exchange of governance experience are increasing, and the space for high-level mutually beneficial cooperation continues to expand. China is willing to work together with Vietnam to promote stable and far-reaching China Vietnam relations in the second "shining moment".    

Nong Demong stated that Vietnam and China are inseparable neighbors who cannot be moved away from, and both are firmly committed to the socialist path. Consolidating and developing comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries is an inevitable choice for both sides. Vietnam has entered a new era of national development, and China has also entered the beginning year of the 15th Five Year Plan.
