[Huawei Digital Energy Consortium wins Brazil's largest energy storage project] The consortium formed by Huawei Digital Energy and Aggreko UK has successfully secured a large-scale solar storage hybrid project in the Amazon region of Brazil. This project is the result of a public tender by the Brazilian federal government in 2026 and will become the largest energy storage system in Brazil, aimed at supplying power to remote communities in the Amazon region. The project plans to construct a total of 110MWp photovoltaic power stations and supporting 120MWh energy storage systems in 24 locations, covering medium-sized towns such as Tef é. The total investment of the project is approximately 165 million US dollars, equivalent to 850 million Brazilian reals.
