In the bulletin board of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Natural Resources, two reports on the demonstration of sea area use for offshore wind power projects have sparked industry discussions. On the vast sea surface of Yancheng Binhai and Sheyang, a revolution in the utilization of marine energy is brewing - the two giants, CNOOC and China Resources, are bringing not only nearly 800 megawatts of clean electricity, but also a new blue economic landscape of wind power, photovoltaics, aquaculture, and hydrogen production coexisting. From simple power generation to three-dimensional development, Jiangsu Sea Area is writing an advanced chapter in offshore wind power.

CNOOC project wind power+ranch
The H4-2 # offshore wind power project of CNOOC Jiangsu Binhai South District is located in the offshore waters of Binhai County, Yancheng City, about 39 kilometers offshore. The planned total installed capacity is 400 megawatts, and 34 12 megawatt wind turbines are planned to be installed, with a total investment of approximately 3.78 billion yuan. The project innovation plan is to construct a large fixed aquaculture net cage in the wind farm area, aiming to breed large yellow croaker with an annual output of up to 34 tons. It aims to explore a new path for the coordinated development of offshore wind power and ocean pastures, with an annual grid connected electricity of approximately 1.12 billion kilowatt hours.
Diversified integration of China Resources projects
The H2 # offshore wind power project of Huarun Sheyang North District is located in the eastern sea area of Sheyang County, Yancheng City, about 45 kilometers offshore, with a total installed capacity of 408 megawatts and a total investment of approximately 4.985 billion yuan. The project plans to build a diversified integrated system of wind power, cage aquaculture, offshore photovoltaics, and hydrogen production. It will construct 63000 cubic meters of aquaculture cages, equipped with 3.48 MW fixed and floating photovoltaic systems, and explore the production of green hydrogen from green electricity. The designed annual on grid electricity is about 1.27 billion kilowatt hours. Keywords: New Energy News Network, Wind Power Infrastructure

Nearly 800MW lights up the blue economy
The total installed capacity of the two major projects is nearly 800 megawatts, with an annual contribution of nearly 2.4 billion kilowatt hours of clean electricity. The total sea area applied for exceeds 1000 hectares, and the sea use period is 27 years for both projects. The transition from single power generation to diversified symbiosis of electricity, fishing, hydrogen, and light responds to the era's proposition of intensive and efficient utilization of marine space, and depicts an imaginative blueprint for the sustainable development of offshore wind power and the comprehensive development of marine economy.Editor/Gao Xue
