On March 31,2026, Sunwoda Electronic Co.,Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement with Shenzhen HiSiBi Marine Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "HiSiBi"). Both parties will leverage their technological advantages in the fields of new energy batteries and ship design and manufacturing to carry out full chain cooperation around pure battery powered and hybrid ships, and jointly promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the shipbuilding industry.

According to the agreement, both parties will prioritize the promotion of two demonstration projects: pure electric high-speed leisure tour boats and diesel electric hybrid new energy rescue and transportation multi-purpose boats, providing technical verification and experience accumulation for the large-scale electrification of water tourism, water operations and other scenarios in Shenzhen.

Under the guidance of the "dual carbon" goal and the global wave of decarbonization in shipping, ship electrification has become the core direction of green transformation in the water transportation industry. Against this background, the penetration rate of new energy ships in inland rivers has rapidly increased, electric cruise ships and cargo ships in the Yangtze River, the Pearl River and other inland waters have been put into operation in batches, and the need for electrification of tourism and leisure ships in Shenzhen is urgent, and the green ship industry is ushering in an explosive growth window.

Heisbi is a senior shipbuilding enterprise in China, based in Shenzhen, with strong technical strength in ship design, structural materials, propulsion systems, and electromechanical integration control. Relying on the strong foundation of Heisbi Group, it has established the new energy electric motorboat brand "Ailan", which shares high-performance boat technology, high sea conditions and long-life marine infrastructure technology, and combines digital intelligence and green upgrade dual wheel drive, laying a solid technical foundation for Ailan's product research and development, production and manufacturing.

As a global leader in lithium-ion batteries, Sunwoda has built a full matrix product capability covering consumer batteries, power batteries, energy storage batteries, and other fields. It has also completed systematic layout and technological breakthroughs in the new energy track of ships, and has the ability to develop, produce, and deliver marine battery systems that comply with ship regulations and classification society standards in multiple scenarios.

The 314Ah high-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery cell developed by the company has been approved by CCS. The size of this battery cell is consistent with the mainstream 280Ah battery cell, with a capacity increase of 12% in the same volume, an energy density of 180Wh/kg, and a volumetric energy density of 395Wh/L. It can achieve higher energy storage in limited cabin space and significantly improve the endurance of electric ships.
