On April 8, 2026, Kuihe Company successfully won the bid for the Ulaanbulake River (Yishktawugou) Treatment Project (Construction Section) of the 7th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Small and Medium sized River Treatment Project, with a bid amount of 10.30744 million yuan. It is reported that the project is located within the territory of the 131st Regiment of the 7th Division. The main construction contents include the construction of 5.09km of new revetments, dredging and dredging of 3.45km, and the demolition and reconstruction of one road culvert. It is planned to start construction on April 20, 2026 and be completed on April 19, 2027.
