Recently, Tianjin University Architectural Design and Planning Research Institute Co., Ltd. successfully reached a cooperation agreement and signed a planning and design project for the Kalimon Industrial Park in Indonesia.

This project is a benchmark project for industrial and urban comprehensive development promoted by the local government of Indonesia. Based on its inherent advantages and regional development prospects, the General Institute has positioned the project as a "smart silicon port and a beautiful island in South Asia", clarifying three core development directions: a strategic node for Southeast Asian shipping entry, a new engine for high-end manufacturing industry economy, and a new model for global livability through industry city integration. In terms of planning and design, we will innovate and create a integrated development model of "park, community, and scenic area" linkage, focusing on building a comprehensive future space where people, industries, and cities coexist harmoniously.
