[China ASEAN trade heats up in the first quarter] In the first quarter of 2026, the import and export freight volume at Youyiguan Port was 1.857 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 32.9%. The Beibu Gulf Port has completed a cargo throughput of 81.51 million tons. Thai durian can be cleared through ports in as fast as 3 hours, with over 200 new refrigerated containers added.
