[Xishan Industrial Park Mohan Park starts construction] On May 8, 2026, the Mohan Industrial Park in Xishan Industrial Park, constructed by China Railway Assembly, officially started construction. The project is located in the Mohan Moding Economic Cooperation Zone, with a total construction area of nearly 30000 square meters. It will be built in two phases, with the first phase consisting of offices, factories, and supporting facilities, and the second phase expanding production capacity. After completion, it will fill the gap in the industrial carrying capacity of Mohan Port, strengthen the linkage between Kunming and Mohan, and provide hard support for cross-border industrial agglomeration and high-quality development of enclave economy.
