In response to the pain points in lithium battery production, the machine vision exhibition area showcases multiple core detection solutions and code reading products, providing precise, stable, and efficient visual empowerment for lithium battery production lines.
IRAYPLE has launched a 2.5D linear array solution, focusing on high reflective surface detection scenarios, tailor-made for the appearance inspection of lithium blue film battery cells. Through stripe grating projection technology, the surface curvature of the battery cells is accurately reconstructed, making scratches, pits, bubbles and other defects clear and distinguishable. This solution is compatible with square shell and soft pack battery cells, supports quick changeover, and is suitable for flexible automation production lines.

After the welding of the lithium battery top cover is completed, fine defects such as pinholes and explosion points are difficult to accurately detect by traditional 2D vision equipment due to the strong reflection of metal. The iRAYPLE 3D laser contour sensor uses high-precision line laser scanning to restore the three-dimensional morphology of the weld seam at the micrometer level, and various defects are clearly visible. The device combines high scanning frequency and stable repeatability accuracy, paired with a sophisticated body and suitable for high-speed production lines, to assist in the upgrading of lithium battery welding quality inspection.

The iRAYPLE polarizer burr detection solution, combined with automatic focus tracking and dynamic ROI technology, can achieve clear imaging of materials in high-speed motion, and automatically adjust the position of the polarizer within the field of view to ensure centered display. This solution supports high-speed production lines and provides reliable protection for lithium battery safety with high-precision real-time tracking capability.

For narrow and confined space scenes, iRAYPLE showcased CIS cameras. This product adopts a 1:1 contact imaging method, with no distortion in imaging, no need for repeated focusing, and worry free installation in narrow spaces. Accurate and stable size measurement, integrated body, built-in high brightness LED light source suitable for different foil materials, and can be spliced in large format to meet the full inspection needs of polarizer or diaphragm.

In response to the pain points of insufficient bandwidth and complex wiring in traditional cameras for multi station visual inspection of lithium battery production lines, iRAYPLE has launched the Raydes high-speed interface camera. By adopting the new generation high-speed transmission protocol, a single coaxial cable can achieve high bandwidth, long-distance, and low latency data transmission, while supporting parallel transmission of data, power supply, and trigger signals, ensuring stable and reliable production lines.

In the face of frequent line changes and highly variable scenes, the R5000Pro liquid focus code reader is equipped with a liquid lens and TOF ranging, which automatically focuses in an instant. Compact and flexible body, suitable for small workstations; Equipped with powerful AI algorithms, multiple light sources, and rotating interfaces, it provides a stable and efficient code reading and tracing experience for the entire process of lithium-ion batteries.

In the dynamic demonstration, the iRAYPLE container handling AMR adopts an adjustable width design, equipped with a self-developed 3D camera, which automatically recognizes the size of the goods, adjusts the arm span, and can handle multiple boxes at a time, independently completing the picking and unloading of goods. The system supports high-density storage and efficient round the clock turnover, adapts to harsh environments, seamlessly integrates with WMS/MES, and achieves digital management of warehousing.

On site demonstration of the hidden lifting AMRPACK loop system simulating the entire production process of lithium battery PACK. Multiple hidden lifting AMRs form a flexible loop, automatically completing the entire production process from module loading, welding coordination, detection and transportation to finished product offline.
