Recently, the second phase project of Jiangsu Yada Nantong Rudong Base has been progressing smoothly, with an overall construction progress of 60%. It is expected to be officially completed and put into production by September 2026.

The second phase is a strategic upgrade of the first phase

As a key expansion project of Yada Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Yangkou Port, the second phase project covers an area of 160 acres and is a strategic upgrade based on the first phase project. After the project is put into operation, it will have the ability to produce 15000 tons of marine engineering modules and 300 sets of marine piping systems annually. It will also promote the comprehensive upgrade of the company's products from traditional small-scale piping units to large-scale pipe galleries, modules, and piping systems required for FPSOs and LNG ships. At present, we are focusing on promoting the construction of steel structure factories and the pre embedding of equipment to ensure that all processes are completed according to the nodes and strive to start production on schedule. "Han Fei, the production director of Yada Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said that the project construction has always adhered to high standards and high efficiency.

Expand the field of high-end equipment

Compared to the first phase project, which mainly focuses on ship support, the second phase project will focus on expanding into higher end and cutting-edge fields of ship and marine equipment. In terms of manufacturing capabilities, Phase II will integrate the entire production chain from pipe making, pipe fitting manufacturing, prefabrication to pipe gallery forming, covering a variety of high value-added materials such as ultra thick and ultra-high pressure stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, nickel based alloys, etc. By building an intelligent and flexible production line, the company will achieve a comprehensive upgrade of the manufacturing chain, provide customers with more competitive overall solutions for pipeline systems, help customers improve product quality, shorten delivery cycles, and reduce overall costs. When it comes to the reasons for settling in Yangkou Port, Han Fei said, "What we value is the superior water transportation conditions of Yangkou Port Jinniu Terminal, which is highly compatible with the transportation needs of the large volume and weight of the second phase project products, and is conducive to efficient product shipment." With the second phase project about to start production, Yada Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will enter a new stage of development. The commissioning of the second phase project will not only promote the dual improvement of the company's production capacity and level, but also inject new impetus into the development of the shipbuilding and marine equipment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region, and help accelerate the upgrading of the regional industrial chain towards high-end, intelligent, and green directions, "said Han Fei.Editor/Gong Ziwei
