[Liuzhou Chlorination New Materials Project Phase I Groundbreaking] On June 14, 2026, the first phase of the Liuzhou 320000 tons/year chlorinated new materials industrial cluster project with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan was laid in the Luzhai Economic Development Zone. The project is invested and constructed by Guangxi Liuhua Chlor Alkali, covering an area of approximately 117000 square meters with a construction period of 2 years. It covers eight sub projects including caustic soda and chlorinated polyethylene, and adopts ion membrane method and waste salt resource utilization technology to closely meet the needs of Guangxi's three major industries of alumina, papermaking, and new energy. • China Power Construction Corporation has announced the candidates for the EPC bidding of two major photovoltaic composite projects with a total capacity of 900MW in Lingwu, Ningxia.
