This project is the top priority investment project in Bowang District, Ma'anshan, with a total investment of 4.8 billion yuan and an area of approximately 742 acres. It aims to build a complete production chain for melting, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment and finishing. According to Su Shaoyun, the project leader of Majian Group, the total construction area of the project is 331600 square meters, divided into two major production areas and five core production workshops.

The project has a huge scale and volume

The project is divided into two phases of construction, with a designed annual output of 630000 tons of aluminum flat ingots and 500000 tons of aluminum plate strips. After process optimization, the core production line has achieved stable mass production. The first phase of the aluminum flat ingot production line is running smoothly, with a monthly output of 13500 tons; The second phase hot rolling production line is operating at full capacity, with a monthly output of 12000 tons. High quality aluminum continues to be produced, providing stable raw materials for downstream industries such as packaging, power electronics, and transportation manufacturing.

All the main construction of the factory buildings in the base has been completed, and the equipment debugging work in the cold rolling and finishing workshops has been carried out in an orderly manner.
