The project is invested and constructed by State Grid Corporation of China, with Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group responsible for on-site management. The content includes the construction of a new Dalate 1000 kV substation, expansion of Mengxi Station, construction of approximately 250 kilometers of double circuit transmission lines, and temporary relocation of a 500 kV line.
