[Fujian won the bid for 4.165 billion yuan offshore wind power transmission project] On June 24, 2026, Fujian Yili Construction Consortium won the bid for the EPC project of Changle Offshore Centralized and Unified Delivery for 4.165 billion yuan. As a landmark project in the province, the project has a rated transmission capacity of 2100MW. It will build a ± 525kV offshore converter station and an onshore centralized control station, lay 77.4km DC submarine cables, and be equipped with a 10%/2h energy storage system. The project serves five large wind farms and will apply large capacity units ranging from 16MW to 26MW in batches.
