[Anhui ultra-high voltage project completed and transmitted electricity] On June 30, 2026, the Shaanbei Anhui ± 800 kV HVDC transmission project of State Grid Corporation of China was fully completed and put into operation. This project is the first ultra-high voltage direct current transmission project to be put into operation in China during the 15th Five Year Plan period. It is also another landmark project of State Grid Corporation of China to serve the national West East power transmission strategy.
