[MCC wins 963 million yuan Science and Technology Innovation Center project] On July 1, 2026, the winning bid for the general contracting of the Xiong'an Science and Technology Innovation Center Pilot Base (Phase IV) with a total investment of 963 million yuan was announced. Nine companies participated in the bidding process, with three shortlisted candidates. MCC Construction Engineering and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau both received a comprehensive score of 99.99 points, with a price difference of only over 10000 yuan. In the end, MCC Construction Engineering successfully won the bid based on its experience in the construction of the second and third phases of the project. The project covers an area of 88000 square meters with a total construction area of 174000 square meters. It will create a comprehensive science and technology innovation park, and the original construction period will be postponed.
