MCC Construction Engineering and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau both received a comprehensive score of 99.99 points, with a price difference of only over 10000 yuan. In the end, MCC Construction Engineering successfully won the bid based on its experience in the construction of the second and third phases of the project. The project covers an area of 88000 square meters with a total construction area of 174000 square meters.
