The project is located in the western district of Pazhou, Guangzhou, with a planned construction of a 172.45-meter super high-rise R&D building, a total construction area of 92700 square meters, a construction period of 1240 days, and a price limit of 574 million yuan. This time, 12 companies participated in the bidding, with 8 from the China Construction Engineering Group.
