[Substantive construction of the fourth contract section of the Benzhuang Expressway] The fourth section of the Benxi Zhuanghe Expressway in Liaodong has reached a critical milestone. The first drilled pile of the Shaozihe Bridge has officially started drilling, and the Huanghuadian service area has simultaneously launched the roadbed clearing operation, achieving two breakthroughs in the construction of the first pile foundation and the first roadbed in the service area of the entire line. This project is invested by Liaoning Communications Investment Group and constructed by China Railway Ninth Bureau. As a key transportation infrastructure in Liaodong, it will optimize the regional highway grid, break down regional transportation barriers, promote the development of characteristic industries along the route, and inject transportation momentum into rural revitalization.
