The B07 computer room building adopts a steel structure form, with 3 floors, a floor height of 7.3 meters, a total height of about 23.76 meters, and a building area of about 170000 square meters. The bidding scope covers all tasks of survey, design, procurement, and construction, with a planned total construction period of 123 calendar days -16 days for design and 123 days for construction. The project is scheduled to commence on August 15th and be delivered on December 15th. The rhythm of starting construction and delivering in the same year places high demands on the integration of design and construction capabilities.

This bidding is for the EPC project of the second data center building in Zone B, which was released in July. Zone B plans to construct 6 data center buildings and 2 maintenance support buildings, with a total investment of 6.149 billion yuan and a total load of 245.2 megawatts, capable of accommodating approximately 13624 physical cabinets.
