[China's 550 kV fast circuit breaker reaches international leading level] Recently, the 550 kV fast sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker developed by China Electric Power Research Institute has been appraised by the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, with a breaking time of less than 25 milliseconds, which is about half shorter than traditional methods and has reached the international leading level.
