[Dahechang 4A project starts construction] On July 18, 2026, the Dahechang 4A project started construction in Wuhou District and is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2027. Dahe Warehouse is built by Singapore's Star Lion Real Estate and is the first modern high-end logistics complex in the western region. It covers a total area of 294 acres and is planned to cover 684000 square meters. It will be developed in four phases, including warehousing, logistics, commercial, and office buildings. This 4A project covers an area of 33.35 acres and is the final work of the entire Dahechang. It will focus on introducing knowledge intensive and technology intensive industries such as big health, software information, animation and gaming, and scientific research services.
