[Türkiye and Iraq Sign Crude Oil Transportation Agreement] Türkiye and Iraq signed an agreement on August 1 to ensure that crude oil will continue to be transported through the Kirkuk Ceyhan oil pipeline from Iraq to Türkiye. • On August 1, 2026, Unit 3 of Huaneng Changjiang Nuclear Power Phase II was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. This project is the first large-scale pressurized water reactor nuclear power project developed by China Huaneng Holdings, and also the first Hualong-1 nuclear power project in Hainan Province.
