The project covers a total area of 480 acres, forming a thousand acre industrial cluster area with the already built 520 acre science and technology innovation park. The first phase covers an area of 63 acres with an investment of 200 million yuan, focusing on high-end manufacturing, new energy and new materials, and other tracks. • The first test pile for the NZSG-05 locomotive and vehicle depot of the newly built Zhengzhou South Station has officially started drilling recently, marking the comprehensive construction of the site. The project is located in Mengzhuang Town, Xinzheng City, and is one of the largest comprehensive bases for conventional vehicles in the Central Plains region. It adopts a three in one centralized layout to create a 4S maintenance base for conventional buses. • The key LNG equipment automation production project at the municipal level in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Airport Area has officially started construction. The project is invested and constructed by Baiyan Technology, a leading enterprise in the LNG equipment field. It mainly produces complete sets of gas station equipment, storage tanks, and supporting pipelines. It will build new production workshops, comprehensive service buildings, and other supporting facilities, and introduce automation equipment such as robot welding and laser high-precision cutting. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first half of 2027. After production, it will further improve the layout of the regional port suitable energy equipment industry.
