• On August 25, 2026, the second bidding result for the EPC general contracting of the 400MW wind power hydrogen production new energy demonstration project in Baiyang City, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, was announced. China Construction Electric Power Engineering (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. won the bid for approximately 1.996 billion yuan. The project is located in the 170th Regiment, with an installed capacity of 400MW, equipped with 48 wind turbines, and equipped with 220kV booster stations and other facilities. The construction period is 365 days, and the goal is to achieve full capacity grid connection within one year.
