[China's aid to Rwanda for 10 kilometer road project starts construction] On September 8, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 10 kilometer road renovation project supported by China in Kigali, Rwanda was held. The road has a total length of 10.3 kilometers, connecting the capital with Dongfang Province, the international airport, and the eastward seaport.
