[The Pear Tree Green Methanol Project has fully started construction] The Pear Tree Green Methanol Project, which is under the general contracting of China Chemical Engineering Fifth Ring Company, has recently entered the comprehensive construction phase. The project relies on local wind power and corn stover resources, using a green electricity hydrogen production and biomass gasification coupling process. After reaching production capacity, it consumes 700000 tons of straw annually, produces 197200 tons of green methanol, and can replace nearly 100000 tons of marine fuel.
