[Shanxi 200MW Photovoltaic Project Starts Construction] On September 16, 2026, the Huaneng Yushe 1 million kilowatt wind and solar power base Ximazi project officially started construction in Yushe County, Jinzhong, Shanxi Province. The project is undertaken by Huaneng Shanxi Energy Service Co., Ltd., with an installed capacity of 200000 kilowatts and a total investment of approximately 680 million yuan. It is the leading project of the entire base. The total scale of Huaneng Yushe Wind and Solar Power Base is 1 million kilowatts, including 200000 kilowatts of wind power and 800000 kilowatts of photovoltaic power. It is progressing in an orderly manner in four sub projects, with the Ximazi project starting construction first, which will kick off the subsequent construction of the entire base.
