[Xinjiang Qifeng Wind and Power Project Starts Construction] The Xinjiang Energy Group's new energy 2.5 million kilowatt wind power project has officially started construction in Qitai County, marking a landmark project for a large-scale clean energy base in the autonomous region. The project is divided into three sub projects, supporting three 220 kV collection stations. After being put into operation, the annual clean electricity transmission capacity will reach 4.36 billion kilowatt hours, saving about 1.32 million tons of standard coal and reducing 330000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. • The new energy power generation in Gansu Province reached 496 million kilowatt hours, surpassing the total electricity consumption of the province for the first time, reaching 103.95% of the province's electricity consumption on that day.
