[Dongfang Electric Boiler Lights Up at Huaneng Haimen Project] Recently, the 5th boiler of the Huaneng Haimen project, developed by DEC, was successfully ignited once. This unit is the first million kilowatt counter combustion tower boiler in China, filling the technological gap in the country. After being put into operation, it will increase its annual electricity output by 8 to 10 billion kilowatt hours and support the construction of an integrated wind solar thermal storage base.
